Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is designed to help people break their unwanted patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviour and is very effective for people suffering with anxiety, low mood, stress and low confidence. It is recommended in the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines for the treatment of most mental health problems.
